I rule.

I was dancing in Shoppers, just a quick, energetic twostep that I picked up from Bryan at the Rack, perusing the sauce packets section. I was dismayed at their pitiful selection of hollendaise sauce (for what good is salmon and asparagus if you have no hollendaise? White asparagus (spaergle, auf deutsch), even!). They had 4 packets of Knorr brand, and an empty box of McCormmick. Noting that I was alone in the aisle, I threw my arms out and tossed back my head, screaming "KAAAAAAHHHHHHHNNNNN". I mean, what else are ya gonna do?

I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around all "wtf"-like. Chick had a funny look on her face but reassured me: "It's not the end of the world, y'know. At least they've still got soy sauce." Truer words had never been spoken. We chitter-chattered, I invited her to dinner but she declined, having pre-existing plans. We exchanged numbers, though, and she says she'll invite me over for burritos sometime. Yay!

I made poached salmon, steamed white asparagus, and hollendaise sauce, and it was delicious. I also bought a new shirt from Target. I fuckin rule. The end!
